One could nearly believe that Scandinavian hunters go into a kind of summer hibernation, it is that quiet!
Am I the only one who is rearing to go shooting? How can an avid hunter just hang his/her gun on the wall alternatively shut it into the gun cabinet and then just sit around doing bugger all? Oh well, shall just have to go out and break some clays or kill a Crow or two. Even a straying cat would do at present, they do away with some three million song birds every year, and that is only counting Sweden! My neighbour just called and asked me to do away with a couple of Magpies, they are raiding the song birds nests in his garden. That will have to do for now.
